Join us Thursday April 10th from 5:30-7:30PM - Our 28th 2025 Citizen of the Year awards ceremony will be held at the Carmel Woman's Club, open to all. Tom is being recognized for over 30+ years for his Village contributions as a volunteer, non-profit board member, writer, editor, author, producer, director and more.
Our Doors will open to everyone at 5PM and our program begins promptly at 5:30PM. Our ceremony, hosted by Graeme Robertson - President of CRA, will include local & regional dignitaries providing recognition for our awardee. We also look forward to showing thanks to prior years awardees in attendance once again.
All attendees will be welcome to enjoy a beverage, slice of tribute cake and finger foods provided by our local Fairytale Winery, Cafe Carmel, Flaherty’s, Village Corner and Edwins at the conclusion of our program during open reception from 6:30 to 7:30PM.

March 24, 2025 - City Council Special Meeting - Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Budget Forecast for FY 2025/2026 - this also included Strategic Priorities Session findings review, 5 year Financial Forecast update, CIP proposal plan for this year, and review of recommended updates to the Financial Policies. Note: budget feedback sooner v. later is strongly preferred.

March 25, 2025 - Special Housing Element City/AHA Progress Report Community Workshop with Planning Commission: providing a significant update and discussions with attendees that was well received.
